When you are engaged and connected to your breath, breathing deeply and more intentionally, you show up with peace and clarity.

Join me on Mondays at 9:30am at Eight Lotus where you will be guided through breathwork practices that expand your breathing, deepen your presence, and elevate your mindset.

I LOVE breathwork and I am honored to share these practices with you! Each week is a bit different while still using the foundational methods. I will guide and teach you through the entire experience, plus I pair it with amazing music, and sometimes you get lucky at the end with aromatherapy!

Walk-ins are $20, and this class is also a part of the Eight Lotus memberships where there are many fitness and wellness classes too!

This upcoming ceremony will be held in the vibration of Christ Consciousness — the frequency of unconditional love, peace, and divine remembrance.

Jesus will be present on our altar, holding the energetic line of peace as we gather to cleanse, express, and receive deep healing.

Empowerment is found within the energy of peace, EVEN and especially in the midst of suffering. Jesus reminds us of this very fact.

Peace is not a mood, it is an energy that you embody.
To embody something is to weave it into your being, into your thoughts, feelings, perceptions, and every cell of your body.

We can have compassion and empathy for our suffering while still holding the energy of peace to end the cycle of fighting destruction with more destruction.

BUT Why would we do this? And How will anything get done or solved if we don't react and fight?

These questions are valid, and come from a place of fear - a normal reaction at this time.

So my question for you is, is your intention to spread fear or peace?
Embody the energy of your intentions.
And if this is not clear to you, clear your queue and turn inward to care for your nervous system. This is a non-negotiable.

Awaken to the truth that we are each fully human and divine.

This is an invitation to open your heart, release what weighs you down, and embody the love that you are. Together, we’ll breathe, express, and receive in a sacred circle surrounded by flowers, candles, and the healing presence of Spirit.
