✨ I’m officially a Perinatal Mental Health-Certified provider (PMH-C)! ✨
Today feels big — not just for me, but for the families I’m honored to support.

This certification represents years of learning, late nights, toddler-mom life, countless study sessions, and a whole lot of heart. My passion has always been walking alongside parents in the perinatal season with compassion, evidence-based care, and real-life understanding.

I’m grateful, proud, and so excited to bring this deeper level of support to our community. 🤍

Hey, mamas — just a quick note to share that our November Mama Mental Health Group is postponed. It’s been one of those full, messy, beautiful months, and I’m giving myself a little grace to reset. 💛

We’ll be back in December (date to be announced soon!) and I can’t wait to reconnect, share space, and close out the year together.

Until then, take care of your hearts — I’m thinking of you. 🌿

Grab your babies and walk with us!

✨ Parade Day is almost here! ✨

We’re so excited to represent Sunshine in the parade this year, and we’d love for you to walk with us! I have Sunshine decals ready for shirts (adult, kid, toddler and baby sizes) for anyone who wants to bring their own shirt and make one. Plus, I’ll have some fun little extras to hand out the day of for everyone walking with us!

If you’d like to join, message me to touch base so we can find a time to make your shirts and go over parade details. (If anybody has a little girl that fits in 3t, I’ve got you covered. I accidentally ordered extras of Riley)

For those not walking, keep an eye out for us toward the tail end of the parade and cheer us on as we pass! 💛

Reminder: We’ll be closed for open play this Saturday while we’re out spreading sunshine in the parade! 🎉

This little shelf says it all.

On my shelf sits my two-year-old’s artwork and, beneath, my postpartum mental health materials. A quiet reminder of the dichotomy of motherhood, the tension between career and caregiving, ambition and presence, serving others and serving our own children.

For me, this is a full circle moment. All of my dreams are realized in one little shelf: my dream job and my daughter.

Moms who work often feel shame for not being ‘present enough.’ Moms who stay home often feel shame for not being ‘productive enough.’ But the truth is both can exist together. You can hold space for your career and your children, your ambition and your nurturing.

Every mom deserves to feel that sense of pride, no matter what her shelf looks like. Your worth was never meant to be measured in either/or.
