Zucchini Bread

3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup canola oil
1 drop doTerra cinnamon essential oil
1 toothpick swirl clove essential oil
3 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 peeled grated zucchini
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup chopped nuts

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar to eggs mix well. Add essential oils to canola oil and blend together. Mix oil, vanilla, and zucchini into eggs. In a separate bowl mix together flour, salt, soda, nutmeg, and baking powder. Add flour mixture to egg mixture, mix until blended, stir in nuts. spray 2 loaf pans with non stick spray. divide evenly into pans bake one hour at 350 degrees or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
