Today I taught my last class for a while. I am going to be taking a break from teaching. Asana has become a chore for me, so taking some time to rest and refocus on my own practice. You might see me pop up and sub some classes here and there but I will not be teaching every week. Thank you so much to everyone who has come to my classes over the years and those who have been consistent with your practice, how amazing! I have loved practicing with you all and I look forward to our future practices after my time off!
✨ Also, my last class was a class full of ballerinas/dancers! How fun! They were always there and I love each and every one of them! ✨💕
