Striving for progress, not perfection. ❣️

~You can’t see from this angle, but my stomach is not flat on the ground. Neither is my chest.
Just like in life, in yoga, there are goals you set for yourself. Maybe yours is touching your toes, or getting completely flat in a straddle stretch.
Try to remember, yoga, is not only about hitting goals. It is more about the steps you take toward your goal, and what you learn along the way.

1 month FLEW BY!
I’d be lying 🤥 if I said it’s all cute smiles, kisses and sweet baby moments in our house.. but the reality is that, there are sleepless nights , endless diapers , and tears from everyone! ((Not everyday))
But, we are surviving, and loving our baby boy each day that goes by. -Happy 1 month Wyatt.
