Had a run in with some fire ants 🐜 while taking the dog out to potty. SO glad I kept some Qi Butter on hand for me! It took the “fire” right out of the bites, but did 2 applications just to make sure. 😜

It’s sometimes easier to give than to receive. I must be willing to receive love, peace and kindness, otherwise I stop the flow of circulation. I’m part of the flow and am worthy of both giving and receiving.

Unexpected blessings!

One thing I’m learning from this pandemic is to appreciate and enjoy the moments I have, and not take any day, or anything, or anyone, for granted. Each moment is filled with treasures when I choose to notice them – the sun’s rays through the window, a flower in bloom, my first sip of tea. Within the chaos of this worldwide challenge, I find a quiet place and appreciate the calm.

I never know which choice is going to make a profound difference in my life, so I try to choose wisely. Instead of worrying, I choose to be hopeful. I can’t control those around me, but I can lovingly disengage from their drama. Instead of condemning, I remember that forgiveness is strong medicine. I know I’ve made the right choice when there’s peace in my heart.
