First of all, as you are our "go to orthopedic doctor" Shirley and I want to thank you and your staff for the great care you have provided us over the past many years.

However, the purpose of this letter is to acknowledge a single outstanding employee under your charge. That employee is Ms. Michelle Kimball, PA-C.

During the last few years Shirley and I have had the occasion to be
seen by Michelle, and each time we have been impressed by her professionalism, knowledge and caring attitude, plus the fact that she "listens". Her enthusiasm to find out what hurts and then try to make the "feel bad, feel better" is a gift that makes her special in our eyes.

Michelle's personality and approach to caring for a patient, coupled with her compassion leaves a patient feeling "coddled" after departing her care.

Simply said, Michelle is a credit to the entire orthopedic medical field, your medical practice and a patient could not ask for any better care than what she provides.
