It’s been a rough week. Thank god for good friends and therapy. Having a support system makes a world of difference.

I’ve dealt with anxiety, depression and severe panic attacks for more than 25 years. There is hope and help out there. My biggest help has been a solid support group. We know there is the stigma associated with any mental health issues, but this page is meant to be a safe place to support and help one another. Having even one person to talk to when you feel alone who understands and doesn’t judge makes a world of difference.
