I have been practicing Reiki and energy movement for 27 years give or take a few when I was in Germany! Wow that is a long time and I LOVE IT! If you haven't tried it, you should. It is not some fluffy spa treatment, it creates balance and wellness and is definitely hard work but it feels so good to leave all the baggage behind.
