During a Reiki session, some people expect something DRAMATIC but in reality Reiki often works in subtle, profound ways that unfold over time. Iv'e even been told, nothing dramatic or blew my mind during my session.

It can manifest as a deep exhale, a quiet mind, an unexpected emotional release or a feeling you can’t fully explain while knowing something had shifted.

These signs are your body remembering how to heal and your energy returning to balance. Each session is unique in its own way and different from time to time depending on what you need. You don't get what you want, you get what you need! So stop looking for fireworks and breathe in the peace and calm, the balance and flow that feels like a warm hug!
