Pomeroy Living is excited to announce the opening of our newest Senior Living community - The Cottages of Orion on our beautiful campus in Orion Township, Michigan. Pomeroy Living Orion is a senior living community that provides Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care residences bringing together wellness, innovation, expertise, and resources, all provided within a caring and connected community. The new facility is designed with the latest in senior standards in resident care, life enrichment and wellness services for all generations and living situations. KIRCO MANIX is the general contractor for the project. There will be a total of 161 residents within the state-of-the-art facility opening in September 2017.

We were thrilled to welcome Steve Floyd, who truly brought the house down with his 4-octave voice and incredible guitar playing.
He took us on an extraordinary musical journey, featuring favorites from Roy Orbison and Neil Diamond to Broadway and Disco Classics! 🪩

We had an Exciting Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday with over 300 hundred hidden eggs!
We were very surprised by our special guest, the one and only Easter Bunny!
The Girl Scout Troop 7350 joined in on the action and also partnered up with our residents to find the hidden eggs!
Our sweet friend Calvin was a champion in finding the eggs! We also found out that Calvin loves music and is a natural at the piano!
It was a special event enjoyed by all ages!

On Saturday, friends and family gathered together for a delicious Easter Brunch.
A heartfelt thank you to Chef Jake and his hardworking staff for creating such a beautiful and delicious event!
A special thank you as well to our bartender, Owen, for crafting festive Mimosas, Bellini’s, and mocktails. Special thanks to Quin and Crystal for the adorable bunny place settings that added the perfect touch.
It was truly a special occasion filled with laughter, joy and love. 💕

We weren’t fooling around on April Fools’ Day at Pomeroy Living Orion.
Well… maybe we were. 😂
We had quite the competition to see who could fill the activities team members’ granny pants with beach balls the fastest.
Great job Kim, Charlene, John and Crystal and all of our wonderful residents who participated and made it so much fun! It was a blast! 🤣

APRIL FOOLS!

Kim did a great job with her April Fools calendar. She passed them around, placing many of the calendars on the tables in the dining room early today. You could hear the laughter coming from the residents at breakfast this morning.

Nothing like humor to start the day!
