You guys...simply the best information I have heard to date on what we know currently about covid 19. I was literally cheering in my car like a crazy person over the simple info shared. Of course we need to do the basics - masks, washing hands, social distancing we’ve all been hearing about it for months. BUT we can also work to build our immune systems the good old fashioned way - good nutrition, moving the body, getting good sleep, and reducing stress. Why aren’t we focusing on that too? As always I’m here for you for your health and wellness journey. Together we can all do something today to improve our health. Cheers!

And....exhale...

I don’t know about you guys but 2020 has been full of ups and downs and sometimes I don’t even realize what I’m feeling until I get into nature and inviting a little bit of quiet. Always reminding myself to focus on what’s in control and letting go of what’s not. Easier said than done!!

For me maintaining a healthy lifestyle focused on movement, nature and quality food choices helps set me up the best I can to navigate whatever is around the next bend. What works for you? I’d love to help you succeed on your healthy journey.

Hey Everyone,

I’m so happy to share that I am now able to take clients as I’m making progress through the Integrative Nutrition program I am attending! I am so excited to share all of the new knowledge I’ve been gaining as well as other fun facts I’ve learned over the years.

Now more than ever our focus on improving our health and wellness is on all of our minds. As our daily routines have been altered and many of our lives have taken a temporary pause; this has given us the unexpected space to focus on cultivating healthy habits.

I've created this challenge for each of us to do one daily task for 14 days that helps to positively impact our health - mind, body and spirit. These daily challenges have been created to be built upon if you wish, or can be used as a daily task. My goal is to offer something valuable that can help us all to move forward together, one day at a time. I realize that with our current limitations on grocery runs, gyms being closed and general quarantine can impact our routines and our psyche - so this is where we get the opportunity to be creative and find our way to health with the resources we have. Everyone says when we're bored we come up with the most creative ideas....

So....who's with me?? We start tomorrow 3/24 (Tuesday - I mean, who is keeping track of what day it is anyway?). When you've finished the challenge write in the comments "DONE" and what you thought about the daily task. Feel free to share with friends - the more the merrier! Cheers to good health.
