I've been seeing a lot of increased traffic on here lately, I assume looking for info on the summer training plan. Unfortunately, my out-of-town obligations are going to prevent me from conducting the summer training plan as normal. I encourage everyone to get involved in Rochester Nordic Racing this summer instead. Additionally, I plan to hold a local training camp the week of July 16-22 which will include morning and afternoon sessions as well as time in the weight room.

Lactate threshold is one of the most important, and most-used metrics when measuring fitness. Here's what you need to know to use it right.
