The soothing tones of Tibetan singing bowls have been used for centuries in Himalayan meditation and spiritual practices. When played, they create gentle vibrations that can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support deeper states of relaxation and mindfulness.

Each bowl carries its own unique frequency. When two bowls are played together, their sounds blend to create layered vibrations that many people experience as grounding, centering, and deeply calming.

In a world that often feels loud and chaotic, sometimes the most powerful medicine is simply sound, controlled breathing and stillness.

What started as an empty room is now my Secret Shala, a tranquil sanctuary for yoga and relaxation. 🧘‍♀️

This little yoga studio was inspired by my time in Bali. The soft sunset lighting, natural textures, grounded energy, and that feeling of stepping into a space where the outside world simply melts away.

I truly could not have created this without Steve Orlando

I had the dream. He had the tools, the patience, and the know-how to build it from the ground up. Every board placed, every stroke of paint, every detail shaped with love and a whole lot of hard work.

I love sharing the benefits of yoga with others. 💗

I held a one-on-one restorative yoga class with Amy at her home. She's never practiced yoga, but wants to see if it will help with her lower back pain.

It absolutely will!

I created a personalized yoga class for Amy and over time, these supportive poses will reduce tight muscles, strengthen her core, improve spinal flexibility, and promote relaxation.

Child's pose is excellent for relieving lower back pain by stretching the lumbar spine, hips, and thighs while decompressing joints. It helps alleviate stiffness from sitting in the office chair all day. Using bolsters and blocks for added support is also very comforting and helpful.

I'm so proud of Amy for taking time to care for her body by exploring yoga with me. 🧘‍♀️

Today's Mantra: Soften and surrender.

Child’s Pose gently calms the nervous system by encouraging slow breathing and a sense of safety in the body. It releases tension in the back, hips, and shoulders while allowing the mind to soften and slow down. This posture reminds us that we don’t have to push to receive benefits. Sometimes rest is exactly what the body needs.
