That the 'f' word really is one of my favorite words 😜

Okay, okay, but hear me out!
It's not the word itself but the "release" that comes with it. I was 6 years old the first time I said it. Yes, I actually remember!

My grandma was over babysitting me and I remember her stressing me out lol Of course, I dont remember over what but I do remember locking myself in the bathroom and under my breath saying that word.
I remember a "flood" of relief after 😂

Now, I would never say it to her face or any other of my elders or around small children but its still one of my favorite words 😍

If you’re always feeling tight, it’s probably not because your muscles are “too short”… it’s because your body doesn’t feel SAFE or strong in that range.

That’s where mobility training comes in and it makes a BIG difference, especially as we age.

Instead of just hanging out in a stretch, I’m using blocks and light weights here to teach my body how to actually use that range of motion. Because flexibility without strength just doesn’t stick.

This is exactly how I teach mobility in my classes and how I train everyday —real, functional movement that helps you feel better in your everyday life.
