We were never meant to heal alone.
Our world teaches toxic independence, but isolation only deepens our suffering. I learned this the hard way—wearing the “I’m fine” mask while unraveling inside.
Everything changed when I experienced authentic community—a space where I didn’t need to be fixed, only witnessed. Being deeply held helped me remember my wholeness.
In the Wildflower Garden, we know this truth: you are already whole. Much of our grief comes from the village we never had. We were meant to be held by many.
Ubuntu says it best:
“I am because you are.”
When one of us heals, we all heal.
So I’m curious—what has trying to heal alone created for you?
And are you open to a new way—healing in community?
