I don’t even have the words 🥹

My ED work family completely surprised me with these Kam’s Keepers shirts, and even made one for the man himself 😭 (I MAY have cried )

To be surrounded by people who not only support me, but truly believe in what Kam’s Keepers stands for… means more than I could ever explain. This mission comes from such a personal place, and to see others jump in with both feet, without hesitation like this is just overwhelming in the best way.

These are the people who see me (and Kam) on the hard days, who know my heart, and who choose to stand beside me. I am so beyond grateful for each of you.

Thank you for loving my baby, for supporting this dream, and for reminding me that we’re not doing this alone. 💙 My goal is to reach as many people as possible with THIS type of support

Kam’s Keepers is growing… and it’s because of people like YOU.

Today we wear blue 💙

For autism awareness, acceptance and understanding.

But most importantly, for our kids.

We’re wearing blue for Kam.
For his strength and the way he sees the world so differently and beautifully.

Autism isn’t something that needs to be “fixed.”
It’s something that deserves to be understood, supported, and embraced.

Not just today, but every day, we stand with individuals with autism and the families who love them. 🤍

If you’re wearing blue today, drop your picture below! We would love to see it and hear your “why.” 💙

Check the comments for my why!

Tomorrow, April 2nd, is National Autism Awareness Day 💙

Kam and I are asking everyone to wear BLUE to show love and support for individuals with autism and the families who walk this journey every single day.

If you participate, drop a picture in the comments!
And if you can, share your “why.”
Whether it’s your child, a student, a family member, or simply a heart for this community, I would love to see it!

🤍

April is Autism Awareness Month and I’m SO EXCITED I get to make this announcement on the first day of our month long celebration!

I FINALLY get to officially introduce, Kam’s Keepers 🥹 which has been nothing but a labor of love on my end.

As an autism mama myself, and a nurse for our very special kiddos, I’ve seen firsthand how hard it can be to find resources, support, and even just a place where your child is truly understood and safe.

This nonprofit was created from heart, for families like mine and for children like my son.

Our mission is to provide resources, support, and safety education for special needs families in our community.

Every child deserves to be safe.
Every parent deserves support.
And no family should feel like they’re navigating this journey alone.

This is just the beginning and we have BIG plans for the future 👀

If you’re a special needs parent, caregiver, educator, therapist, or someone who just wants to support, you’re exactly who this is for 💙

Welcome to Kam’s Keepers.
