If you’ve ever taken your squats seriously you know exactly what that means.

Squats are not just a leg exercise they are a foundation builder.

They build strength that carries over into everything
running, jumping, lifting, even how you move through everyday life. A strong lower body means more power, more stability, and less risk of injury. It is not about looking strong it is about being strong.

When you squat you are not just training quads and glutes you are firing up your core, reinforcing your joints, improving mobility, and pushing your cardiovascular system. It is one of the few movements that demands everything from you and gives everything back.
