Julia Sanna is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.

Dual licensed therapist LMFT, LMHC providing individual & , relationship classes, conference speaker, community and faith-based mental health provider. 2 Corinthians 1:3-4. She is a registered marriage preparation provider with the Palm Beach County Court system, a certified Prepare-Enrich counselor, Torn Asunder trained facilitator, Prep/Cprep trained facilitator and a Dementia Certified support group facilitator. Julia is the founder of Relationships & Early Family Years, LLC. She provides individual therapy (stress, anxiety, depression & life transitions) couples therapy, relationship coaching, premarital counseling & marriage enrichment sessions. She also provides faith-based counseling and consulting, she worked as a family counselor in Christian ministry for years. For individuals and families that have experienced cultural and or racial trauma, she provides therapy and group sessions for recovery. She facilitates community conversations around mental & emotional health in the black community. Along with therapists of like mind, she provides webinars and online sessions to help the diaspora community heal from generational trauma. She presents as a panelist on the Promoting African Mental Health monthly webinars covering Africa and the diaspora. She also hosts a fun digital show 'Lets Talk' with her husband. Engaged couples signing up for Premarital counseling classes receive a waiver from the Florida 3-day wait after marriage license application and a $32 discount from the court house.
