She also provides faith-based counseling and consulting, she worked as a family counselor in Christian ministry for years. For individuals and families that have experienced cultural and or racial trauma, she provides therapy and group sessions for recovery. She facilitates community conversations around mental & emotional health in the black community. Along with therapists of like mind, she provides webinars and online sessions to help the diaspora community heal from generational trauma. She presents as a panelist on the Promoting African Mental Health monthly webinars covering Africa and the diaspora. She also hosts a fun digital show 'Lets Talk' with her husband.
