Detoxes are being pushed HARD right now… but if your body is already overwhelmed and behind, forcing aggressive detox protocols can set you back even further.

I love that people are excited about getting healthy, but we have to stop blindly following every trend we see online. Everything on the internet is an ad in some way… even this.
