As Complete Family Wellness continues to grow, thank you for trusting us with your care. To keep things running smoothly, please remember:
✨ Appointments only. No walk-ins. Please schedule in advance.
✨ Respect for our staff. Our team is an extension of Helen and Jamie. Every message is relayed, and rudeness or threatening behavior will not be tolerated.
✨ Medication refills. Only Helen and Jamie prescribe controlled substances. Please allow 48 hours for refills or changes. (This applies to business hours, hours we are closed are not included in the wait time frame)
✨ Prior authorizations. These can take 1–2 weeks or longer. Repeated calls do not speed the process.
✨ Communication. Call once and leave a voicemail, or use the portal (24–48 hrs within business hours).
✨ After-hours.
• Our hours: Tue–Fri 9–5, Sat 9–1. Closed Sunday/Monday.
• Staff cannot consistently respond outside these hours. If you receive a message after hours, it is a courtesy, not the rule.
• Urgent needs: call and press #3 to reach the on-call provider (approx. 2-hour callback; fee applies).
• Emergencies → go to urgent care or ER.
We are a rapidly growing practice, and policies will continue to adapt with that growth. Administration will share updates quarterly so all patients stay informed.
