Thoma ๐Ÿฑ is in critical condition after his UTI led to inflammation that blocked him for three days. We made multiple visits, calls, and spent $1,550 in vet bills at who failed to recognize the severity of this blockage. They literally said โ€œthereโ€™s nothing more we can do; he (Thoma) doesnโ€™t seem to be blockedโ€.

Iโ€™ll never go to that urgent vet again. Iโ€™m shocked with how dismissive theyโ€™ve been when our cat is literally on the brink of death.

Now we are quoted $5-$7k for Thoma to be hospitalized for three days with potential surgery and additional costs if needed.

Please give us your good energy. Weโ€™re traumatized AF after losing our kitten a few years ago to similar circumstances. Now weโ€™re feeling so guilty that we trusted the urgent vet who has just prolonged Thomaโ€™s suffering and extra three days.

Iโ€™m done silencing my own opinion on this app. Weโ€™re a crystal shop but weโ€™re also humans with empathy and outrage. These files are atrocious. If youโ€™re staying silent, I have no place in my heart for you.
