Well, instead of making is a triple set day, I actually managed an hour of sleep and didn’t make it back in until my usual EARLY AM start today. Moved up to #31. At least 21 places to go in the next 11 days. Time to earn the burn 🔥!!!

I finally get to share that I DID IT! I achieved the coveted Level 7 at HOTWORX! Burned almost twice the calories required, and instead of a 10% caloric deficit, I made it a 19% deficit - I wanted no doubt that I crushed this goal!
