The energies are still somewhat spicy out here in the cosmos, so be mindful when out and about..remember your Breathwork! Happy Monday!

Last week of school for kids before Winter Break, and last full week of business for shops, restaurants and other enterprises before next week’s holiday.

I’m just glad Mercury Retrograde is over and Winter Solstice is about to begin on Dec. 21. Time to embrace the dark and hibernate. I understood the old wounds that resurfaced during that retrograde and I’m ready to work through them and shift them during this time of withdrawal and rest. I hope you have recognized your lessons and are ready to do the work before the Spring.

This week two very winter ❄️ animal guides make their appearance, one that has been one of my main guides the first 6 months of the year, the other my constant guide and is a reminder of winter’s hermit mode. The other is about not taking life so seriously and needing to get hung up on how things will play out. Just focus on shining your light and have fun!

This story is from the retreat I attended in Tulum, Mexico back in July. As many of you know this was a profound death and rebirth experience for me and the other women that attended.

With this release of my own inner demons came along the release of all the women’s negative entities that attended through various ceremonies and practices. Let me tell you..I learned something on that trip: If you don’t clear the physical space you dwell in or experience profound spiritual healing in..those little icky beings can linger around until you cast them out into the light.

Real Talk: F**k Dark Forces..S**t Is Real. It’s One Of My Shadow Gifts as a Walker Between Worlds: Extraction. I Cast Out Manifested Negative Energies From People, Homes & Places On A Regular Basis. Is it my main gig as a Shaman..No. Is it Part Of My Calling..Yes. I’ve Been Doing It Since I Was A Girl Growing Up In Church, But Not Aware Of The Power & Authority Given To Me & YOU By God To Tell Them Lil’ Homies As Kayla Calls Them: Get The F**k Out.

These Energies Are Very Low Vibration & Feed Off Fear, Shame, Guilt & Can Exacerbate Your Negative Inner Critical Voice. Some People Can Sense & See Forms..Others Can’t. I Sense Them..Literally Asked God Not To See Them Given My Brain Chemistry Due To 2 Physical Ailments I Have. They Are Subtle Influences That Can Become Stronger, Louder & Eventually Take Power & Control Over You..By Then Your Life Can Become A Dark, Painful Existence Filled With Pain & Possible Addictions. That Bad Feeling You Get Around People & Places..Yeah That’s Them.

But..We Have The Ability To Say NO!! How To Clear Yourself & Spaces Is Easy.
1. Call In Protection From God, Archangels Like Michael & Gabriel, Your Team Of Light That Is Higher Vibration

2. Sage, Rattle, Incense, Palo Santo etc While Audibly & Firmly Stating In Words That Feel Genuine To You: Dark Forces Around Me & That Have Attached Themselves To Me..Be Gone! LEAVE..You Have No Place Here. Return To The Light. I Command You By The Authority Given To Me By God/Universe/Source

You will see a theme this week in my posts: Clearing, Protecting, Spirits & Dark Forces

Not exactly Holly Jolly, but more Krampus and it’s important because this season..there are a lot of people coming together and you don’t know what has attached to people and what you can be taking on as well…so clearing and cleansing yourself energetically and spiritually will help keep you safe, sane and in good spirits…literally.

So my buddy Rob Uncensored who is a phenomenal LMT BTW, asked me to go and Deep Clean his house and do a little spirit channeling to see what the heck is going on in there. Rob’s neighbor, who is elderly, called the cops on him for “loud music” and it’s really not him. In fact, when Rob talked to her to let her know I was coming and would be making a little noise: Drum & Rattle..she divulged that she had been hearing the music before he moved in. 😬😑 So..yeah..needed to stop that for both of their sakes and sanity.

Overall, really shook down the house in a good way with a smoke blessing, rattle and drum. That’s the shamanic way..At least I do that…of clearing spaces. I also clear the person who owns/lived in the home and cut any energetic cords that may be tethering them to any low vibrational energy. As you see in the video, the spirits were kind and just liked Rob’s place to jam out and party. Energetic Boundaries were established and so far it’s not noisy anymore and Rob is resting and feeling much better.

So take this as a sign to clean and clear your house energetically and spiritually. I’m Coming At Ya Fresh From An Epic Emotional But Needed Meltdown This Weekend. This Mercury Retrograde: Want To Punch In The Face..But Also Hug Because Some S**t Finally Clicked For Me That I Had Been Struggling With All of 2024…And Looong Before That.

The Ah-Ha Moment (This Not New): Severe Self-Doubt, Fear of Being Seen, Unwilling To Be Creative, Trying To Take Shortcuts, Scarcity Mindset, Not Forgiving My Family For Their Woundings, Isolating From Healthy Community & Holding Myself Back From My Highest Potential

Yeah..A lot. Now..Don’t Feel Bad & Tell Me: You Can Do It! I Know..But For The Last 3 Years Around Xmas..I Get Really Really F**king Depressed Because Of Introspection & Realizing I’m Repeating The Same Damn Cycles. Why?! Because I Knew What I Needed To Do..I Just Didn’t Have The Strength To Do It.

Well I Hit The Bottom Of That Barrel In The Material, Emotional & Physical Sense. I Had To..Why? So I Can Speak My True Feelings To Hear Them & Feel Them. Now..I Can Pick Myself Up, Create A Realistic Plan For My Life..And Just Do It!!!

I Had To Face My S**t, Bring It To Light, Forgive Myself, Release Shame, Guilt & Acknowledge My Actions. Now I Can Clear My Mind To Listen To My Heart. I Had To Create The Space To Pick Myself Up & Just Keep Moving Forward.

I’m Going To Be As Real As Possible On Here Because I Need To For My Own Healing. Transformation Isn’t Easy: It Will Break You, It Must For Rebirth…But I Am Here To Help Support You & Myself Through Life. That I Can Do And Just Keep Showing Up Every Day Through It All. 🙏

Happy December & New Moon Friends!

Last month of our calendar year and the wheel of life continues to turn.

Loving this Sagittarius season filled with Fire 🔥 energy, optimism and absolute magic. We are still in Mercury Retrograde so it’s also a time to slow down, be patient, reflect and truly let go of what our mind tries to tell we can’t do that holds us back. So a bit of a push-pull energy..but we do NOT force anything..not even from places of anxiety and fear.
