Greif lives in the space between what you wanted and what you got. The loss of an expectation and a desire is ripe with sorrow and loss. Those feelings are worthy of your time. You are worthy of grieving the loss of what you wanted and didn't get. Greif flows through you just as all other emotions when we allow space. You're not alone.

I am a mental health counselor working in Lakeside Montana. I am licensed to serve the state of Montana and have appointments both in person and via telehealth. I primarily work with tweens, teens, and adults. I accept most insurances except temporarily Medicare and Medicaid. I am looking forward to serving my local community and Montana as a whole. In the last 6 years, I did a 180 degree turn, I found a therapist and dove into recovery. I decided to go back to school and learn to be a mental health counselor and now here I am. Not "cured" but resourced and knowing that I can help others resource and nurture themselves. I didn't begin to heal alone, you don't have to either. Welcome to my page.
