🩷 We love what we do 🩷

I was referred to Esther during her TCU stay. We discussed what the next chapter of her life looked like and it was clear she was ready to get to a supportive community.
She returned to her childhood home after her TCU DC and found she was even more weak than she imagined. Fearful of another health setback, we got to work immediately. Within a week of being back home, we toured communities and found the perfect fit.
Today as I picked her up, she said goodbye to her life long home and as we pulled up to new home, she let out a huge sigh of relief. She was home and ready to be surrounded by love, care, and support that she so much deserves.

Knowing she is safe and no longer has to live in fear of having a fall alone in her home or how she will manage making her next meal, is exactly what makes what we do at Assisted Living Locators so rewarding.

I am beyond blessed to have the opportunity to work with Esther and grateful for the trust her social worker at the TCU put in me to help her navigate such an emotional and overwhelming journey.

Life really is just a short trip. One minute you’re that little kid with your whole world ahead of you… and in the blink of an eye, you’re looking back wondering where the time went.

It’s a reminder to slow down, love harder, forgive quicker, laugh more, and not take the little moments for granted. We don’t get to do this twice… so whatever chapter you’re in, make sure you’re living it!! 🩷
