Let's talk erectile dysfunction!
An uncomfortable and awkward topic that 52% of people aged 40-70 years old with a p***s experience!

What is ED? It is the inability to achieve or maintain an er****on.
What causes this? Poor blood flow, pelvic floor muscle tightness (or weakness), medication, smoking, and trauma.

Did you know that PT can help this? The pelvic floor muscles must be able to contract for a extended period of time to sustain an er****on and if these muscles are weak or overactive (sometimes causing them to be too tight), then it is difficult to achieve an er****on.

PT can help you retrain these muscles to improve function!

DM us if you have any questions about how we can help.
Think short term treatment, for long term improved quality of life!

Had surgery on your bladder or prostate? Now comes the real work.

We specialize in men's health and pelvic floor! If you had surgery and are now experiencing constipation and/or urinary leakage, frequency, or urgency, this does not have to be your way of life moving forward! PT is very successful in treating these symptoms and can help significantly reduce or completely eliminate your symptoms.

We'll work with you and your surgeon to create a recovery plan that's aggressive enough to get results, but smart enough to prevent re-injury.
Your surgery was the first step. Let us help you finish strong.

When people hear “pelvic floor PT,” the first thing that comes to mind is usually… Kegels.

But pelvic health therapy is so much more. It’s learning how to breathe, move, and position your body in ways that support healing. It’s releasing tension, building strength, and understanding how your pelvic floor connects to your whole system. And then safely returning to exercise!

You CAN safely return to lifting heavy, running, and doing any activity to love and we want to help you get there through guided exercise and how to protect your pelvic floor along the way!

Pelvic health is whole-body health. 💛
