We are incredibly grateful to Christina for putting this reel together to showcase our inclusive martial arts/creative movement therapy program and our adult classes. Her son S brings so much kind and positive energy to every class. He is always willing to help, is an amazing martial artist (and dancer) and never shies away from a challenge! He should be so proud of his progress. We love getting to train with S every week and are so grateful S and his parents chose to become a part of our Muay Thai Beyond Limits family!

Three years ago today I officially started Muay Thai Beyond Limits. Since our start in March of 2023, We have had the opportunity to share our inclusive martial arts/creative movement therapy program with over 110 individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities!

As we celebrate our three year anniversary, I’m so excited to announce that this month we signed a lease for our own commercial space, located at 2420 S Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80222, and are in the process of fitting out our new fully accessible and inclusive Muay Thai Beyond Limits studio.
pathways has played a huge role in helping us achieve our dream of offering classes/programming at our own fully accessible studio. We are so grateful for all of the grant funding they awarded us over these past six months. The grant funding we were awarded is helping us fit-out our almost 1500 sq ft studio with four 100lb Muay Thai heavy bags, high-quality martial arts mats for our training area, a fiber optic cascade light wall for our sensory room, a crash mat and fidgets from the Autism Community Store, and more!

We would also like to thank our wonderful Muay Thai Beyond Limits students and their families for supporting us, trusting us and allowing us to be a part of their Muay Thai journey.

Finally, I want to give a huge shout-out to Orion for the wonderful photos and videos, as well as for all of the help fitting out the space.

Keep an eye on our social to see videos as we fit out the space and more. It has been an amazing three years and we are looking forward to many more years to come!

Here at Muay Thai Beyond Limits, it is our goal to ensure martial arts training is accessible for people of all abilities. Here’s a little sneak peak into what our 6 to 11 classes look like. Muay Thai Beyond Limits is hiring an Assistant Instructor for our inclusive martial arts program in Denver, CO.

This role is ideal for someone who:

✅ Has experience working with individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities (experience working with children ages 3 to 18 strongly preferred)
✅ Is patient and flexible
✅ Believes deeply in inclusion, accessibility and meeting students where they are at on any given day

Martial arts/Muay Thai experience is a plus - but is NOT required. We will provide training and support for the right candidate.

$20-$22/hour (based on experience) | Part-time

Muay Thai Beyond Limits is growing and we're excited to be hiring a Head Instructor for our inclusive martial arts program in Denver, CO.

Owner and Head Instructor Janelle: “Back in 2013, I moved to Surin, Thailand to teach English for one year. I made incredible friends, joined a band, and discovered Muay Thai. I ended up moving to Khon Kaen, starting training, had my first two competitions, and stayed for three years. I’ve been on my Muay Thai journey for almost 11 years now and it has completely changed my life. I’ve competed, continued training, taught classes, and started an inclusive Muay Thai program, designed to make martial arts training accessible for people with intellectual, developmental, disabilities. Muay Thai Beyond Limits has been in operation since March of 2023. We’ve had an opportunity to have an impact on so many amazing individuals. I’m beyond grateful. What a journey it’s been!”
