Election Stress Syndrome is a real thing. If you are feeling overwhelmed by the current state of the election. Take a step back and give yourself a break. Stay away from the news cycle. Go do something productive and healthy for yourself - massage, hike to see the Fall colors, spending time with friends.

Remember you are not alone in this and that there are millions of people out there that feel the same way you do.

If you are feeling powerless - get involved - go to a phone banking event. You can connect in person or virtual with others who are active in the election process.

If you continue to feel overwhelmed, stressed and need support, come see us at Achieve Health. We can help address your situational stress, discuss healthy habits, check out your general health and provide the the health support you need.
