Team Samoa Running and Fitness Group --www.TeamSamoa.org-- TEAM SAMOA/PASIFIKA: fitness movement for Samoans, Pacific Islanders, and everyone. I have a titanium plate in my heart to plug the hole.

On May 10, 2018 I (Victor) suffered a massive stroke due to a heart defect I had in my heart for 58 years which was undetected. A blood clot went through the hole in my heart to my brain and I could not move or speak. I am grateful for two parents in the medical profession who taught us to eat right and exercise. My doctors said I am still on the earth due to good health. We can all do this, it is never too late.

Good 45 minute run at the newly refurbished Dills Park in the City of Paramount. I also ran on the LA river trail.
