This is a great explanation of the scope of Craniosacral and its potential with ALL the body’s challenges:

“I would recommend that you re-read the philosophy of treatment that embodies CST. It is founded on the core principles of: structure and function are interrelated; the body is a unified whole and there is an innate inner wisdom that is striving for homeostasis and wellness. CST does not treat any disorder specifically that an individual has, but it provides the potential for the body to rebalance and fix itself. By rebalancing the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, there is a potential for self correction or at least slowing the process down. Remember, we do not treat diseases, we treat people and this work provides them the opportunity to do just that. Just treat what you find, do your best and observe the changes over time...”
