After years of supporting pregnant and postpartum people, I’ve developed a framework of knowledge that I truly believe every pregnant person deserves access to.

This course holds everything I teach all of my clients — packed into one self-paced online experience that’s accessible anytime. I’ve poured so much love, effort, and energy into birthing this course!🤰🏻

It’s currently available for $187, which is the cost of one in-person session with me — AND it’s packed with information, tools, and guidance that I offer my clients throughout their entire pregnancy.

It would be an honor if you joined me in this program, or shared it with someone you know who’s expecting. 💛

On September 2nd, I celebrated one whole year of taking the leap into starting my own private practice.
This past year was the most abundant and fulfilling year of my career.

I am SO grateful to the 169 different patients I had the pleasure of treating this year. 🧡

Cheers to helping heal many more pelvic floors!

Your pelvic floor muscles are not the same as the other muscles in your body!

I see the comparison of the pelvic floor to the biceps a lot when describing tension & lengthening which I think is a great analogy, however--

I just don’t see enough people talking about how DIFFERENT the pelvic floor muscles are than other muscles (like your bicep), and I wanted to add some nuance to that conversation.

Here is a blog post I wrote about this concept in more detail: https://www.embodiedhealingpt.com/blog/your-pelvic-floor-muscles-are-not-like-your-other-muscles
