This morning I woke up to an email from Christian Hypnobirthing and it spoke right to my soul. I thought I’d share their words with you. ♥️
There are moments in pregnancy and motherhood when it feels like the season you’re in will never end:
🌙 The long nights when rest feels impossible
⏳ The heaviness of waiting for your baby’s arrival
🤍 The uncertainty of what lies ahead
It can feel endless, as if nothing will ever change. But God reminds us:
📖 “For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.”
— Ecclesiastes 3:1
No season—whether joyful or difficult—lasts forever.
✨ Consider Elizabeth, who longed for a child for years and thought her hope was gone. Yet in God’s perfect timing, she carried John the Baptist, the one who would prepare the way for Jesus. Her waiting was real, her pain was deep—but her story proves that God’s faithfulness is stronger than any season of delay or uncertainty.
As mothers (and mothers-to-be), it’s easy to believe the lie that things will always feel this way. But God’s Word whispers a better truth:
📖 “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.”
— Psalm 30:5
💡 Remember this, Mama:
This season is not your whole story—it’s just a chapter in it.
The Lord is weaving something eternal and beautiful within your womb and in your heart.
Just as Elizabeth’s waiting turned into rejoicing, yours will, too.
“He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion.” (Philippians 1:6)
So, if today feels heavy, remember:
❄️ Winter does not last forever.
😔 Neither does weariness, fear, or waiting.
☀️ Your Heavenly Father has written every one of your days, and His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22–23).
Take heart,—you are not alone in this season. And soon, just as spring follows winter, God’s goodness will break through in ways you cannot yet see. 🌸
With you in faith,
