Get free Muscle Rolling included with your Full Body Massage when you book with us! 🎄 Muscle Rolling involves heated wooden sticks we use to roll out adhesions in the body, the heat allows the muscle to relax naturally making it easier for the Therapist to work on deeper muscle knots while being less intense than a Deep Tissue for the client. This is usually a part of our Additional Healing Menu, which are quick 15 min options we have, but can always be added to a Full Body Massage.
