🌟 April Employee of the Month 🌟

Join us in celebrating our April Employee of the Month, Teryl Wood! 🎉

Teryl has been a part of the Hill Country Nursing and Rehabilitation family for many years and has seen numerous changes in ownership, leadership, and residents. Through it all, she has remained a constant—compassionate, loyal, and dedicated to our team and those we serve.

She is an integral part of our facility, serving as our Medical Records Director, overseeing Central Supplies, and managing Staffing and Scheduling. Each of these roles is demanding, yet she handles them with professionalism and grace. Teryl works long hours, supports multiple departments, and brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband, and their animals.

What a beautiful day here at Hill Country Nursing and Rehab! ☀️

Our residents and team members took full advantage of the sunshine by gathering out on the patio to enjoy some delicious, refreshing watermelon 🍉 and even better company. We had one of our biggest turnouts yet, and it was so special to hear the laughter, conversations, and connections being made all around.

Moments like these are what it’s all about—building relationships, encouraging meaningful dialogue, and creating a place that truly feels like home.

We’re already looking forward to our next patio get-together… and deciding what tasty treats we’ll enjoy next! 💛

Hill Country Nursing and Rehabilitation had special guest in our facility yesterday. Scotty Ray and Blanca McDaniel with Texas Music Ministry visited our residents and did a wonderful show singing a variety of good oldies and really got the residents singing and swaying to the music. 💛
