The wisdom of the ancients often holds the keys to well-being. Today, we look to the proverb: "When the tree is felled, the wind rushes into the hole."

In your health journey, the 'tree' represents old habits, stagnation, chronic issues, or mental blockages that have taken up too much space. Felling it can feel disruptive, but it is necessary for true healing.

** CLEANING YOUR BERRIES BEFORE EATING **
As the spring comes, and we have more fresh fruits and veggies available, we also need to make they are clean since they are sprayed with pesticides and other preservatives to be handled and shipped.

So here is a little cheat code to remove and clean your fruits before consumption or freezing.

1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar per 2 cups of water.
Soak for 15 minutes.
