Sometimes it’s said casually.

Pregnancy asks a lot of the body. 🤎

It requires communication between hormones, the immune system, the nervous system, and nutrient reserves.� When one of those systems is under strain, the body may slow things down.

Many people are taught to override their bodies in fertility.� Track harder. Try more. Push through.

But often, progress comes from listening instead of forcing.

One of the most confusing fertility messages is being told to “just wait” based on age alone. 🤎

Age matters, but it isn’t the only factor that determines whether waiting is supportive or stressful.

Cycle regularity, symptoms, hormone timing, and how long you’ve already been trying all matter too.� So does how waiting actually feels in your body.

For some people, waiting brings peace.� For others, it brings anxiety and more questions.

Seeking clarity doesn’t mean you’re rushing into treatment.� It means you’re listening to what your body is telling you and gathering information so time feels like an ally instead of a threat.
