Our team had the opportunity to attend the Disability Health Action Summit in Camp Hill and connect with professionals, advocates, and leaders who are helping shape the future of disability and health care services across Pennsylvania. 🌟

It was also a pleasure meeting Valerie A. Arkoosh, Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, and being part of important conversations surrounding accessibility, inclusion, and person-centered support for individuals with IDD and their families.

Events like these continue to remind us how meaningful collaboration can create stronger communities and better support systems for those we serve.

🚨 Big news, Pennsylvania: In-home Physical Therapy is officially here!

OneWell Health Care is excited to announce that we are now offering in-home and community-based Physical Therapy across Pennsylvania for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

This means individuals can receive support with strength, mobility, balance, safety, and independence right where daily life happens: at home.

Physical Therapy can make a meaningful difference in everyday routines, from moving more confidently around the house to building the skills needed for greater comfort, stability, and participation.

Our goal is simple: bring practical, person-centered therapy support directly to individuals in a familiar environment where progress feels more natural and personal.

Now accepting referrals for in-home Physical Therapy across Pennsylvania!

Some of the most meaningful moments happen outside of routines and schedules β€” in the moments where confidence, connection, and joy get to grow naturally. πŸ’™

Recently, Jack spent the day at the Strasburg Rail Road alongside his DSP, Julia, exploring the trains, taking in the experience, and creating memories together. πŸš‚

Support goes beyond daily tasks. It’s also about helping the individuals we serve experience their communities, enjoy the things they love, build independence, and create meaningful moments along the way.

We’re grateful for DSPs like Julia, whose compassion and support help make days like this possible. Experiences like these may seem small to some, but they can mean everything to the individuals we serve and their families.

Thank you, Julia, for the care and encouragement you continue to bring every day. πŸ’™

This week, our South Carolina team met with the Mount Pleasant Police Department to continue strengthening our partnership through the Blue Envelope Program πŸ’™

The Blue Envelope Program supports safer, more informed communication during law enforcement encounters. Displaying the blue envelope signals that the individual in the vehicle may benefit from a modified or more understanding communication approach.

Together, we also discussed upcoming education-focused events and ways to promote positive interactions between law enforcement and individuals with disabilities across the Lowcountry.

Blue Envelope materials are completely free and voluntary and can be picked up at the Mount Pleasant Police Department or OneWell Health Care’s North Charleston office.

We’re grateful for partnerships that prioritize understanding, accessibility, and community safety.

5 years of leadership, growth, and dedication. πŸ’™

This week, Yana and Natalia were recognized for their 5-year anniversaries and the impact they’ve helped create across OneWell Health Care.

Throughout the years, both have taken on multiple roles, grown alongside the company, and played an important part in helping shape the teams and systems that support our continued success today. From leadership in HR and operations to financial support and organizational growth, their work has touched nearly every part of the company.

What makes milestones like this so meaningful is not just the number of years β€” it’s the trust, adaptability, commitment, and care shown throughout that journey.

Watching team members grow into leadership roles while continuing to support both employees and the individuals we serve is a huge part of what makes our culture special. Their dedication has helped strengthen not only our organization, but also the communities and people connected to it every day.

Thank you, Yana and Natalia, for everything you continue to bring to the team. Here’s to many more years of growth and success together. ✨

For the first time in 2 years, Jaime, an individual we serve, is back in Spain visiting his grandmother and family πŸ’™

For weeks, he counted down the days until this trip β€” and now he’s finally getting to explore, reconnect, and make new memories alongside his mom and DSP, Moise.

Moments like these are what person-centered support is all about.
Not just the travel itself, but the independence, relationships, experiences, and joy that come with it.

Wishing Jaime and his family an amazing trip filled with laughter, memories, and lots of good food πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡ΈβœˆοΈπŸ’™

Choosing the right provider impacts more than schedules or service availability.
It shapes consistency, communication, daily routines, and the overall quality of support an individual receives.

For individuals with IDD, the right provider helps create stability, stronger engagement, and long-term progress within the home and community.

At OneWell Health Care of Massachusetts, we believe support should be individualized, dependable, and built around real life.

The right support partner can change everything.πŸ’™

As Nurse Appreciation Week comes to a close on International Nurses Day, our Founder & CEO, Aytekin Oldac, wants to personally thank the incredible nurses of OneWell Health Care. πŸ’™

Every day, our nurses bring compassion, patience, advocacy, and clinical excellence into the lives of the individuals we serve. Their impact goes far beyond healthcare β€” they create trust, comfort, stability, and meaningful human connection in the moments that matter most. 🩺

To all of the nurses across OneWell and everywhere in healthcare: thank you for the work you do, the lives you touch, and the care you continue to provide every single day. We are deeply grateful for you. πŸ’™

For many nurses, the most meaningful care happens outside of hospital walls. πŸ’™

In this Nurse Appreciation Week message, LPN Darlene Lanphere reflects on the impact of in-home nursing and what it means to support individuals in the place they feel safest: home.

Providing care within someone’s daily environment creates a different kind of connection β€” one built on trust, familiarity, and the ability to see how support truly improves quality of life over time. It’s work that requires compassion, consistency, and heart, and Darlene reminds us how rewarding that experience can be for both the individual and the nurse providing care. 🩺

Nursing is more than a role β€” it’s the steady presence people rely on during some of the most important moments in their lives. πŸ’™

This Nurse Appreciation Week, Sierra Nestor is recognizing the nurses across our team whose dedication, compassion, and consistency continue to strengthen the care we provide every day.

The impact nurses make goes far beyond clinical support. They bring reassurance, advocacy, teamwork, and heart into every interaction β€” and our team would not be the same without them. 🩺

πŸ’™ RN Case Manager Krystal is celebrating Nurses Week!

Krystal shares the heart of nursing β€” the compassion, emotional strength, challenges, and meaningful rewards that come with caring for others every day.

We are grateful for the dedication, kindness, and impact she continues to bring to OneWell Health Care and the lives of our clients.

Happy Nurses Week to Krystal and to all the incredible nurses making a difference every single day. 🩺✨
