Last one! Day 12! Thank you all for your support and maybe this helped during the holidays!

DOUBLE LEG "STRETCH "

Inhale to prepare
Exhale lift head and shoulders, arms reach long past knees, legs in table top.
Inhale, extend legs at 45 degrees and arms long by your ears.
Exhale, swing arms around as your legs come back to table top.
Keep lifted the whole time. Keep your gaze down to your stomach and don't let your torso lengthen.
Complete 5 rounds 30 seconds each!

Modify, leave head and shoulders on the mat.

SHOULDERS STAY DOWN OUT OF YOUR EARS AND BELLY BUTTON PULLS IN. LADYBUG TUNNEL CLOSED.

SCISSORS!

Head and shoulders lift up, legs start at 90 degrees. Start by pulling one leg into forehead with a little tug-tug while doing 2 sharp exhales. Inhale to switch legs.

Repeat for 30 seconds 5 times.

Modify with the head and shoulders down, Or with the legs in table top. As always, SHOULDERS STAY OUT OF EARS AND BELLY BUTTON PULLS IN. LADYBUG TUNNEL CLOSED.

Rolling like a ball looks easy but you have to do this without momentum!

Start rolled up in a ball with your feet about a foot away from your butt. Chin tucked into your chest. On an inhale, slowly roll back to your shoulder blades and exhale to return and balance on your sit bones. Continue to move with the breath. Inhale back, Exhale up. Shoulders stay relaxed throughout exercise. Try the advanced part with holding the balance with the straight legs!

Side Plank.

Here is the set up and do whichever modification you want. You can do this all on your elbow too. Hold for 20 seconds 6 times both sides! Good luck!

Happy new year! Day 8 of the challenge! Of course TEASER! [Modifications shown too]

Inhale to prepare with hands over face and legs to the sky.
Exhale swing arms around as legs come around and lift together to balance on your tail bone.
Inhale to hold and extend arm, legs and spine long.
Exhale to slowly roll down and bring legs to table top.

Modify by 1. Keeping legs in table top the while time.
2. Start seated
3. Keeping upper body on the floor

Day 7, New Years eve challenge! Let's swim into the New Year!

Swimming! This works the whole back side of the body! Let's get the back, butt and legs moving!

Inhale to prepare with hands under forehead.
Exhale while lifting your belly up, b***y under and the legs slightly apart. Extend
arms and lift legs and start SWIMMING. [Paddling]. Breath normally and swim for 30sec. Think of lengthening through the hands and feet not hight.
Repeat 5 times!

DAY 6! 100's!
You are half way there! Shout out to all you guys that are sending me pictures and videos of your workouts so far!

This should take a total of 60 seconds or less! I do the whole thing in the video!

Lift head and shoulders while your arms reach long.
Hold that position with legs at table top or reach out to 45°[harder]
You will Inhale for a count of 5 and exhale for a count of 5 while "pumping " your arms till you teach 100!
Good luck and DON'T FORGET TO BREATHE!

Day 5 challenge! Roll over!

Starting with legs up to the ceiling.
Inhale to prepare,
Exhale lift legs/ hips up and over folding in half,
Inhale to return hips slowly back to the floor using your abs.
Repeat 12x

To modify, use your hands to help lift your hips.

Well I missed bicycle! Here you go!.

Legs starting in table top, hands clasped gently behind the head, with every exhale reach elbow to opposite knee, inhale to switch. Make this slow and controlled.
“Lady bug” tunnel closed.

Following the speed in my video, must complete 5 sets of 30 seconds each set.
