OUR MISSION STATEMENT
The Mission of New Directions Alcohol & Drug Services, Inc. is to change lives that have been adversely effected by substance abuse and addiction within our target community. Our purpose is to create a presence within the community that will address problems head-on and break the cycle of addiction and create a healthy, positive and nurturing environment. PHILOSOPHY
New Directions Alcohol and Drug Services bases its approach to treatment services upon the assumption that chemical addiction is an illness that involves the physical, emotional, social and spiritual makeup of an individual and is most effectively treated by responding to the nurturing needs of each. Our services are designed to address the physical, mental, and emotional needs of individuals, families and targeted youth, i.e. At-risk and Emancipated youth, struggling with both current and generational abuses. Providing individuals with the basic necessities of personal hygiene, food/ groceries and clothing and access to resources for day-to-day living.
