This scrub has a more complex scent than my other scrubs. It's woodsy, fresh, sweet, and slightly spicy. It's Christmas in a jar! I think men would like this one too!

Ingredients: sugar, sunflower oil, doTERRA holiday joy blend, which includes: wild orange, nutmeg, pine, cassia, cinnamon bark and vanilla.

Introducing the B & E lemon scrub. The scent is refreshing and uplifting. The purifying and cleansing properties of lemon essential oil makes it a great hand scrub too. Lemon is also known to "brighten" the skin.

🔅Caution: lemon is a photosensitive oil. Please stay in the shade for 12 hours after using citrus oils.

A few thoughts on using scrubs:

1. Only exfoliate your skin once or twice a week. No need to overdo a good thing! Plus, your scrubs will last longer.
2. Please use caution when scrubbing your feet. The oils can make your feet slippery.
3. Some essential oils can cause photosensitivity. Sunburns are no fun, so please use caution for up to 12 hours when using my lemon, lime, and orange scrubs.

It's almost Thanksgiving, so I think it's fitting to introduce the B & E Pumpkin Pie Scrub. 🎃To be honest, it's pretty amazing. I wish you could smell it! I love to use this as a hand scrub. My son does too. 😊

Ingredients: Brown sugar, honey, coconut oil, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon bark doTERRA essential oil.

Cinnamon bark oil is known to be antimicrobial which is why it makes a great hand scrub.

Party time! 🎉 This is the B & E Birthday Cake Scrub. This is the only scrub I make that doesn't use essential oils. This scrub has a light vanilla smell to it. If you want to receive the benefit of essential oils in this scrub, we can do that. For example, we can add orange, cinnamon, lemon, etc. We can still dress it up as a "cupcake".

Lavender is known for its calming scent. If you're feeling stressed or want to unwind before bed, B & E lavender scrub would be a great choice. It's also one of the best essential oils for your skin. It has antibacterial properties which can help calm acne. It's also a natural antihistamine so it helps calm bug bites and hives. On a personal note: it has helped the keratosis pilaris on my arms. You know that unsightly red "chicken skin"? Yep, I have that! It's so much better now. I'm embarrassed to say I've spent $60 on a glycolic acid lotion that my dermatologist recommended and it did NOT work. I credit the dramatic decrease in my k.p to this lavender scrub.

I'm in love with sugar scrubs and I want to share them with you! They smell incredible and will leave your skin feeling soft and smooth. Most of my ingredients are organic and I only use doTERRA therapeutic grade essential oils. I will highlight a different product each day. Please message me if you would like to buy any and I will find a way to get them to you. They make great gifts, or you can keep them and pamper yourself!
