Healing doesn't move in a straight line. Some days you feel strong, other days you feel stuck and both are part of the process.
Be patient with yourself. You're still growing, even when it doesn't feel like it.

✨Therapist Spotlight ✨Meet Zac Olsen, MSW, LSW

Zac is a licensed social worker who has been in the human services field since 2018. He began his career working an internship with a substance abuse resource center in his local community during his undergraduate education. His work with the resource center had him going into the community, in collaboration with a local police department, to provide education on the rising opioid epidemic and how to utilize Narcan as well as providing Narcan kits to all participants at no cost. His master’s level internship from 2020 to 2021 had him working with the Student Assistance Coordinator at North Plainfield High School. He helped develop a virtual space to connect with students during the COVID-19 pandemic and utilized that space to educate students on the importance of making healthy lifestyle choices as well as providing an avenue for students to reach out for support.

Zac believes that therapy should be a collaborative process where his role is to support you on your journey. He utilizes a strengths-based and holistic approach in his work and believes that everyone deserves to have the opportunity for change and to find their own happiness.

✨Therapist Spotlight ✨Meet Jackie Prince MSW, LSW
Jackie Prince, LSW is a licensed social worker who has been working in the human services and behavioral health field since 2020. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and families and is committed to creating a space where people feel safe, supported, and at ease.
Jackie has a strong focus on trauma work and is EMDR trained. Her approach is trauma- informed and strengths-based, drawing from EMDR, cognitive and mindfulness-based strategies, and somatic-informed techniques. She believes therapy works best when it feels collaborative, flexible, and respectful of each person’s pace.
Jackie strives to offer a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients of all ages can feel comfortable being themselves. She understands that starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially for those who have experienced trauma, and she takes care to move at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Jackie believes that healing is possible, even when things feel heavy or unclear. Her goal is to help clients build resilience, self-understanding, and a stronger connection to themselves while feeling supported along the way.

✨Therapist Spotlight ✨ Meet Rich Ford, CPSS, LAPC
Rich is a mental health professional who has spent over 20 years helping people navigate life’s challenges and is excited to bring that experience into a dedicated counseling role. His career has taken him from leading large behavioral health teams to sitting one-on-one with individuals and families, always with the same goal: to listen without judgment, offer practical tools, and create a space where people feel truly heard.

He has worked in settings ranging from residential treatment centers to community programs and medical clinics, supporting people through trauma, chronic illness, recovery, and major life transitions. Along the way, he has learned that real change happens when we focus on strengths, build trust, and collaborate as partners in the healing process.

Rich’s training and practice include trauma-informed care, working with both perpetrators and survivors of domestic violence, and crisis intervention. He also has experience in addressing deviant sexual behavioral problems, is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and peer support supervision. But more than anything, he brings compassion, curiosity, and a belief that everyone has the capacity to grow.
