Recreational therapy offers our clients more than just a break from treatment routines—it’s a pathway to healing. Through physical activity, creative expression, and team building, clients in our program learn to manage stress, build resilience, and experience enjoyment. This month, we recognize and honor how these meaningful activities—be it music therapy, meditation, or other forms of movement, they all play a vital role in fostering healing and well-being.
