Things I don’t fight with my 92-year-old mother about anymore.

Rice-A-Roni.
Her nonstick pot.
She eats pork here and there.

Boy, I had to grow into that.

Yes, 90% of our food comes from the farmers' market, and yes, I still pay attention. But at 92, I also had to reach that f**k it, do what you want stage because my peace matters too.

Our household was never built on processed food all day, every day. Most of what we eat is still home-cooked meals, balance, real ingredients, movement, laughter, and family.

But constantly telling elders:
Don’t eat this
don’t do that
You can’t have this; it creates friction. And eventually somebody gonna end up with high blood pressure, and it probably won’t be them.

So now? I move a little quieter in love ❤️

Because longevity is more than one ingredient.

It’s food, yes, but it’s also peace, purpose, movement, joy, community, and a healthy nervous system too.

One day, the candle will go out, but the lived wisdom passed through this journey is worth more than people realize.

Some lessons are not learned in clinics or online; they’re learned at home, beside our elders. 💜

I’m beautiful.
I’m worthy.
I deserve peace.
I deserve good health.

Sometimes people need more than products.
Sometimes they need to be reminded that their body deserves care too.

At The Royal Womb, wellness is more than what’s in the cup or jar.
It’s nourishment.
It’s minerals.
It’s rest.
It’s rebuilding yourself after stress, burnout, exhaustion, inflammation, and survival mode.

So wherever you see us this week, come pour back into YOU. 💜

Those days I am focused on supporting my nervous system, not on weight loss.

It’s about stress relief,
mobility,
flexibility,
reducing inflammation,
releasing tension from the body,
and building strength to feel safe always from within.

I adhere to the basic principles that movement is essential at every life stage and that movement is healing, too.

Just reconnecting with my whole body, one workout at a time. 💜

Yesterday, after the market and Mother’s Day weekend, my body was like, Gurl, listen here, go sit your ass down. 😭💜

I fell asleep sitting in a chair.
Woke up at 1:30am.
Went back to sleep around 3am.
Then slept again until almost 7:30.

And honestly?
My body said thank you.

A lot of women are walking around exhausted, inflamed, overstimulated, under-mineralized, stressed, hormonal, and still forcing themselves to push through like everything is normal.

That’s one reason I take wellness so seriously.
Not just for business.
For my own health and well-being, too.

I’ve already been down that road once.
It took my body almost 4 months to recover and repair.

So now?
No thanks.

I will rest.
I will readjust my schedule.
I will put systems in place that align with my wellness, my peace, and my well-being.

So today started with movement.
Nothing crazy.
Just reminding my body:

We’re still here.
We are safe.
And we are at peace. 💜

POV: You came to the farmers market for fresh produce and ended up having real conversations about exhaustion, brain fog, hormones, stress, and feeling like yourself again. 🌸

Yesterday’s market was in the high 90s, and honestly, I came home afterward planning to rest my eyes for a little bit. That nap turned into 9 hours of sleep.

My day was spent listening to women opening up about what they are going through, fatigue, inflammation, brain fog, and just feeling completely disconnected from their bodies. What surprised me most was how much younger the women were getting. Now, I am talking early 30s

At one point, I became the walking bunny 😂, taking women over to another vendor’s booth to introduce them to a locally made wild yam cream that supports hormone wellness. Why

Because sometimes people don’t just need information.

They need guidance.
They need care.
They need someone to say, I got you, without the pressure. When you’re ready, you know where to come.

And honestly, that’s the kind of care I want people to feel and see around. Genuine care.

So this Mother’s Day post may be late, but maybe that’s fitting.

Because so many women spent yesterday grieving, working, caregiving, building, supporting others, and still showing up while running on empty.

To every woman who spent yesterday still showing up while carrying more than people realize.

Happy Mother’s Day. 🌸🤎

Part of the reason I disappeared from social media for a while was this. 💜

A few months ago, my 92-year-old mother was placed on hospice care, and life shifted very quickly.

Today, I walked into Kaiser carrying back the hospice comfort kit they had sent home, because she was officially discharged OFF hospice and transitioned into home health care instead.

If you’ve ever cared for aging parents or loved ones, then you know how emotionally heavy these seasons can be. You move into survival mode. You stop focusing on content, business, schedules, and all the outside noise because real life suddenly takes center stage.

And while we’re still navigating another difficult health journey very close to our family, today still felt like a moment to pause, breathe, and be grateful for a small victory. 💜

This season reminded me that wellness is not just what we eat, drink, post, or sell.

Sometimes wellness looks like:
showing up, being present, advocating for people you love, finding strength you didn’t know you had, and learning how to breathe and move through uncertainty.

To everybody quietly carrying heavy things right now, I see you.

Hey y’all💜
I know I’ve been a little quiet this past few weeks, but I wanted to share something special we’re creating this Saturday through .

As women, we spend so much time pouring into everybody else, family, work, business, caregiving, survival, that we rarely give ourselves space to simply pause and breathe.

So this Mother’s Day weekend, we’re slowing things down for a moment.

If you’re drinking out of plastic, we need to talk.

Because at this point, it’s not just sea moss.
It’s everything.

Water. Juice. Herbal drinks.
People are consuming out of plastic like it’s nothing, and wondering why their body still feels off.

We added sea moss into The Royal Womb in April 2023.

And yeah, for the first few months, we used plastic, but by June 2023, we made it a standard 👉🏾 Glass only.

Because once you start working with minerals, herbs, and real healing, 👉🏾 The container matters just as much as what’s inside.

So if you’re focused on:
• gut health
• hormone balance
• lowering inflammation
• building your energy

But everything you eat or drink is sitting in plastic, my friend; you are in for a ride with your health.

This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about being aware.

We chose glass because it aligns with how we move, clean, intentional, mineral-first wellness.

And we stand on it.

Bring your bottles back.
Reuse them. Stay in rotation.

Because this isn’t just Earth Day talk…

👉🏾 This is a lifestyle shift.
