Good Morning Monday
It is official, the Y will be closing at least through this month
I will try to keep you motivated and moving during these times.
Today is a great day to take a deep breath.
Plan some outdoor activities, despite the rain
I am hoping by next week to have some boot camp style workouts for you!!
And drink lots of water...y'all know you have a ton of it!!
