😮💨 Start with a deep breath & a dua. ✨🤗
🍃Move into stretching and warming up your wrists during cat/cow. Flip one wrist, then the other, with fingers spread. Breathing into discomfort - always backing out of pain!
✌🏾 Keep your hands shoulder-width apart and spread fingers wide. These little fingertips act like brakes when you wobble, gripping the mat. Making a slight tent at the center of your palm.
🩻 Engage your core. Pull your belly in toward the spine to protect your lower back & help create a straight line from wrist → hip → ankle.
🐾Begin in Down Dog. Kick one leg up gently and use that momentum with control. Let your gaze rest in the center of the space between your hands.
💪🏾 Use the wall for support at first. Wall kick-ups, wall walks—great ways to build confidence, strength, and get the feel of balance without fear of falling.

Tuck your chin & head when you feel yourself tipping. Being comfortable with safe exits helps build confidence!
🧘🏼♀️Deep inhales and exhales help calm the body, reduce tension, and improve balance.
🏋🏼♀️ Try variations: once you’re comfy on the wall, lift one foot off or keep one knee tucked. Micro-adjustments (fingertips, legs, breathing) are where progress really shows.
Be consistent, patient, and let yourself rest. Skills like this build slowly. Some days are wobbly, some days feel more stable.
