A year in review!

2022 was an amazing year! Collectively, our clients lost hundreds of inches, Gained lots of muscle, hit many PR’s (hello, 300 # deadlift), and ran hundreds of miles!
We look forward to what 2023 is going to bring!
Thank you to each and every one of our clients. You brighten our day, bring smiles to our faces and we are so blessed and grateful to have the opportunity to work with each and every one of you!❤️

One week from today starts our HEALTHY HOLIDAYS challenge.

Of course there’s other things you can add to this such as “reduce stress. Get enough sleep” etc.
But for the average person wanting to lose fat, this is the way to go!
Many people think they just have to exercise to lose fat. Exercise will help, but The most important thing you can do is EAT IN A CALORIE DEFICIT.
At Solid Rock, we have a fabulous Nutrition Coach as well as Trainers, that all work together to help you achieve this. .

If you live near a school with bleachers, take the bleacher challenge!
Run one mile🏃🏻‍♀️
Do 3 sets of sprints
Squat jump up the bleachers! Don’t cheat on those squats! Drop your bum as low as you can go!🍑

The Solid Rock staff has been working on this for the past few months!
We were going to start in 2 weeks, however, due to all the unstableness in the world, we are starting this a week early which means a free week of workouts and meal plans!

There are 30 women currently enrolled! But there’s still room for you!🙌🏼

Even though the workouts and meal plans are awesome, the best part is the community of women that encourage each other and build each other up!❤️. Which we all need a little bit of right now. 💕
