Meet Linda Ragini, the wife of our resident Michael Ragini, who recently completed their rehab journey at River Terrace and had this to say:
“My husband receives exceptional care from the entire staff. Including the physicians, nurses, CNAs, OT/PT staff, housekeeping, and the administrative staff. They go above and beyond to treat him with care, compassion and respect. They are on top of all his medical, physical and emotional need. In addition, they also show compassion for me as his caregiver.
He has formed special relationships with some of the staff. Gary, Heather, Robinson, and Sam to name a few—and looks forward to his meals. He says the food is pretty good. This facility is well managed and always clean. I know that when I leave the facility every night he is safe and well cared for. I am beyond grateful for the care he receives and highly recommend the River Terrace facility for any loved one.”
