Ransom Hare, Excursion Leader for the Himalyan Institute, was in my advanced teacher training class. On a trip with him you would be in very capable hands logistically, socially, and spiritually. What he says here about pilgrimages is true. The trick is to find a way to feel these things daily. On his walk to work on Friday my son paused to snap this pic of the annual summer solstice yoga class in Times Square. I texted back that I'd like to attend next year and he replied, "I wouldn't recommend it, laying on the ground there seems sketch."

Our first Nature Crafts for Adults class at Nolde Forest was a hit! Such cute elf huts! 10 people signed up but 5 had to cancel. More nature craft classes planned for fall.

Las Vegas. Couldn't pass the Flamingo without doing the pose I created for Creative Power Vinyasa and add on an arm as neck. Finally back home after an epic Mighty Five trip. Drove 1,400 miles RT from Las Vegas, hiked ~6 miles with 300-1500' in elevation gain per day. Spectacular. Back to work today.
