After many years in many roles, Sarah moved on to a position with the state offering business advising services to Wyoming small businesses through the Wyoming SBDC. This world is a better place with you in it. Your joy, love, honesty, tenderness, and deep commitment to our elders make us all better. I’ve never met a single person with a sharp thing to say about you. When your name comes up in conversation, there are smiles, fond stories, and endless praise.

My wish for you on your birthday is that you receive the same love, care, and pampering you so freely give to others every day. You deserve it all.

Happy Birthday Angie!

Let’s be honest: Angie Teeples is the one running the show.

She’s our behind-the-scenes magic, the human who somehow blends a full (and overwhelming) rainbow Google Calendar with the hearts, needs, and wishes of 30+ clients and 40+ caregivers. She does it with a smile, a wildly compassionate heart, and a “let’s make everyone feel connected” mindset.

While most never see it, Angie is quietly holding the most stressful, foundational part of what we do: the schedule, the calendar, the logistics—the heartbeat of care. I knew I wanted Angie on my team the moment I met her, and every day since has proven why. We love you, Angie. Thanks for all you hold (logistics and deep connection) with our entire Anam Cara Family.

Happy Birthday to our one and only Toni—RN Case Manager

Toni joined Anam Cara just six months ago, straight from Kentucky, and she jumped in like a total superstar. She’s detail-oriented, tuned in, and has a heart that beats for our clients, caregivers, and mission. Every day she shows up with consistency, love, and genuine care—because for Toni, this isn’t just work, it’s service.

She also happens to be Norwegian—which means she’s quietly tough as nails, practical to the core, and will never let us get away with sloppy details (we thank you for that, Toni!). Add to that her unforgettable laugh—when she giggles, the whole room lights up—and you’ll understand why she’s already family.

Toni, we are SO glad you’re here. Thank you for blessing Anam Cara with your heart for service, your sharp eye, and your infectious joy. Happiest of birthdays—you deserve all the cake, laughter, and love today!

- Write a quick note of gratitude to a neighbor who brightens your days.
- Take a walk and enjoy the beauty of the season together.

Happy Birthday, Ally Davis!

Ally has been such a surprise gift to Anam Cara. She first came to us offering her love, compassion, and attention to detail for our clients—but she has brought so much more. With her background in journalism and documentary creation, Ally loves listening to stories, telling them beautifully, and creating meaningful experiences that honor the many truths of being human.

She has shared these gifts with Anam Cara not only through caregiving, but also by helping with video and marketing projects, always ready to lend her eye for detail and artistic talent to make things shine.

It amazes us how Ally prioritizes her service with Anam Cara, while raising twin boys and running a business with her husband. She gives her time because of her deep love for elders and her fierce protectiveness of their experiences. She treasures their stories, hopes, and evolving hearts—and helps us honor them in their final chapters with connection, light, and love.

Today we celebrate Ally’s creativity, heart of gold, reliable consistency, and dedication. We are so glad she is part of the Anam Cara family. Ally, may you receive all the good and bright things you so generously put into the world. You are truly special, and we are grateful for you!
