Social media has served to give people who feel irrelevant, a sense of relevancy. Don't you know that you are already wonderful! You're not special because you post something that gets a lot of likes. You're relevant because God both likes and loves you!

Everybody needs somebody to talk to from time time time. Not to gossip or drag somebody else down. Just somebody in your life that you can lay your head on their shoulders, let your tears flow and feel their love that makes you feel emotionally safe. Somebody to say, "it's gonna be okay"!.

Sometimes, the very things and people that you are fighting to hold on to, are the very things and people that God is trying to pull you away from. Trust God and His process. As I tell my patients all the time, healing begins at the same place as acceptance. When you accept that things have to change, then you can begin your PROCESS of healing.

One of my patients said, "Mr. Lewis. People feel how they feel, and there's nothing you can do about it".

I said, "You are so right, but don't feed into those feelings. Don't let their feelings be your facts and cause you to feel badly about yourself; especially when you know you've given it all that you have"!

If she takes care of you, is loyal to you, is by your side when you are going through. If she defends you, rides with you and treats you like a king, even when you don't have a pot to p # in. Why in the world aren't you satisfied? Don't you know that this kind of woman is a rare find? Treat her like the queen she is.

Did you know that when a woman has been in a serious of abusive relationships all her life, she finds it strange and unnerving being in a healthy relationship? That woman can feel as if she doesn't deserve a "good man" and has said, "Mr. Lewis, I don't even know what a good man is!".

Ladies, if you have a good man who takes care of you and your heart, love on him. Better yet, tell him how much you appreciate him!

When you give someone a "piece of your mind", you may inadvertently give them the "peace of your mind".

Learn to just let things go. Not everything that you desire to say, is necessary to say. Pray about it and keep your "peace" for yourself!

Anytime someone can talk negatively and judgmentally about your partner in your presence and you don't stand up for them, something is definitely wrong. It tells those people how you really feel about your "Love" for your partner!

Your partner should always know that you have their back, their front their top and their bottom!
